| 内容記述 | The contents of glucose, G6P and F6P in photomixotrophic green tobacco callus tissue were controlled by light conditions. In the light-cultured tissue the contents of these components showed a similar fluctuation during the whole culture period, and the amount of them was larger than the amount of those in the dark-cultured one during the early period after culture started. In the dark-cultured tissue the fluctuation of contents of glucose was different from that of G6P, and G6P and F6P were accumulated in the late period of culture. The activities of HK and G6PD were higher in light-cultured tissue than in the dark-cultured one. We discussed the correlation between the content of G6P and HK activity and the importance of HK and G6PD as regulatory sites of glucose catabolism promoted by light. | |||||||||||||
