| 内容記述 | 第 1 子を分娩後， 約 1 か月経過した母親 9 名に①希望した授乳方法， ②母乳育児の継続あるいは断念の過程に影響を与えた人物， ③情報の内容と受けとめについて面接法による調査を行った． その結果， 母親全員が母乳栄養を希望しており， 授乳や母乳への価値観について影響を受けたものは， 看護職と実母が多く， 友人と雑誌・本がそれに次いだ． 看護職による保健指導や， 実母の授乳体験と授乳に関する価値観を通じた影響力は， 母親が母乳栄養を希望し継続する動機となっていたと考えられた． | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | It is reported in the present paper that a survey study was made to nine mothers about one month later after their first baby deliveries. The survey study was performed in each subject by interview, namely: ①desired nursing method, ②the person given a influences in the process of continuation or abandonment of breastfeeding, and ③content and acceptance of information. The findings are as follows: all of these mothers desire their breast feeding, and the persons influencing on their values to nursing and/or breast milk are many of nurses and real mothers, and followed by mothers friends and acquaintances and subsequently by magazines and books. It was supposed that The formers were motivated to keep their own desires so as to give breastfeeding to their babies by influence through the health guidance from nurses and their lactation experiences and values from the real mothers. |
