| 内容記述 | 看護学生の母性意識を高めるための援助の視点について検討する目的で， 母性看護実習を受講する青年期の看護学生56名を対象とし， 対児感情評定尺度を用い調査を実施した． その結果， 実習をとおして学生の接近感情， 回避感情には特徴的な変化が現われており， 学生の属性との関連も認められた． 全対象の接近感情は一般の未婚大学生に比べて実習前後とも高く， 回避感情は高い水準から同程度となった． 各対児感情の変化は， 実習前に低かった学生の接近感情は実習後に高まり， 他の学生と同水準となった． 実習前に高かった学生の回避感情は低下し， 低かった学生では反対に高まった． 大学入学までに子どもと多く接触していた学生は， 実習後に回避傾向となっていた． このように低い対児感情をもつ者では実習後に対児感情が高まる効果が認められた． また， 子どもとの接触体験の程度が回避感情の変化に影響していたため， 実習という環境において子どもへの関わりが学生にとってどのような体験となっていたかを理解することが重要である． |

| 内容記述 | I held a survey among 56 young nursing students taking a class in maternity nursing, using the Feelings Towards Infants Evaluation Index, in order to grasp insights on how to foster students maternity awareness. Through the practice classes, I saw a distinctive change in the students approach and evasion feelings, and found there was a correlation with the students characters. The approach feelings index of all subjects was higher than that of other unmarried college students, before and after the practice classes, and the evasion feelings went from higher to a comparable level. Maternity care students whose feelings towards infants were low, rose after practice lessons to the level other students. The evasion feelings index of students whose evasion feelings were high before, went down, but that of students with a low index, rose. Students with more exposure to children until high school days tended to show more evasion feelings after classes. The effect of a rise in feelings toward infants after practice for those with a low index was thus shown. Furthermore, because the amount of experience with children influences the change in evasion feelings, it is important for the practice class conditions to know what experiences the students have had with children. |
