| 内容記述 | The concept of ISO system, ISO9000s and ISO14000s, is based on the self-acting, self-determining and self-sustaining principle in the self-improvement process of our organization. This philosophy will suggest a new parameter in our society, which is indepedent from the principles of economics. The concept of ISO is sociologically discussed by comparing the groupism of Japanese society, called "SEKEN" in Japanese. Althogh SEKEN is lack of self-determining mechanism, by introducing a self-evaluation system inside of the organization, it can achieve the self-atulized and self-acquired society under concept of ISO. | |||||||||
