| 内容記述 | The size effect of tensile strength in wood of Western Homlock was investigated and the results obtained are summarized as follows: 1) The coefficients of size effect of tsnsile strength perpendicular to the grain were measured by cleavage test, and the values were found to be 7.2 for radial strength and 7.9 for tangential strength. 2) The value of tensile strength parallel to the grain was 14.7. |
