| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to critically investigate some main view points regarding fisheries economic theories concerning the coastal fishery industry in Japan after the war. Especially, the period dealt with this paper is from 1945 until 1965. In addition, the period was divided over two periods. It is following: (1) 1945 - 1959: at that time, the development of capitalism in Japan did not reach maturity, therefore, as regards the industry, there was still being conducted the old fashion way. The objects of the fisheries ecomomics were mainly researching about both, so-called "Feudal Regime" and "Surplus Population". These researches were concerned with Fishries Reform. (2) 1960 - 1965: in this period, Japanese economic achieved the rapid growth. Under the change of that social and economic circumstanes, one side, the problem of "Surplus Population" was continually researched by Takao Shimura and others, the other side, the new article "A theory of the central class of Fisherman" was researched by Yutaka Hirasawa and others. |
