| 内容記述 | 非皆伐施業における伐出作業を実態に即して体系化し，最適化するための合理的な伐出作業計画の立案に資する基礎資料を提供することを目的として，国有林の直営事業地で実施されている本施業の伐出作業に関する実態を調査し，さらにその調査結果に対し数量化理論 I類を適用して検討を行った結果，次のことを明らかにした。（1) 実態調査の結果から，天然林では主伐の指摘をうけた平均林地傾斜が50～60％以下の林分で，トラクタ型の全幹材方式による伐出作業工程が採用されており，人工林では間伐の指定をうけた林分で，集材機型の普通材方式による伐出作業工程が主要なタイプとして採用されていること，これら主要な伐出作業工程に対応した労働生産性を指標とし，作業条件因子を要因とする実証的な伐出作業システムのモデルを設計し，伐出作業の労働生産性を最大にするための検討を行う必要があること，を示した。（2）各種の作業条件に対応した労働生産性の予測を行う場合，重相関係数により労働生産性の推定精度を，偏相関係数および要因群偏相関係数により労働生産性に対する各作業条件因子の影響あるいは寄与のしかたを，それぞれ具体的かつ数値的に評価できることを実証し，数量化理論 I類を伐出作業システム最適化のための解析に適用することの妥当性を検証した。（3）要因分析の結果から設計された労働生産性の予測モデルにより，予定伐出作業区域内の関係作業条件因子を調査すれば，それぞれの作業条件に対応した労働生産性を目的に応じた精度で予測し，合埋的な伐出作業を計画できる新しい手法を提案した。(4)トラクタ型および集材機型いずれの伐出作業システムにおいても最適作業条件は，各作業条件因子ごとに要因カテゴリーに与えられた数値が最大値をとるカテゴリーの組み合わせによりあらわすことができるので，伐出作業システムを最適化するためには，作業条件を最適作業条件因子の組み合わせにするか，伐出作業対象林分の実状に応じて，できうるかぎりこのような作業条件に近づけるような作業計画を立案する必要があることを示した。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purposes of this study are to propose demonstratively a new technical method for rational planning of logging operations by the predictable model of labour productivity, and to to systematize synthetical logging techniques in forest management by the non-clear cutting method. The reslts obtained by this investigation may be summarized as follows : 1. Working arrangements of forest management by the non-clear cutting method in both natural and planted forests are clarified, an analysis of the actual conditions of logging systems in this forest management is stated, and then fundamental standards for evaluating logging systems are discussed. This is done by using data of logging operations recently carried out in national forests. 2. After investigation of the logging systems, it is clarified that rational logging systems in the present forest manegement are the tractor type system for the tree length log in natural forests and the yarder type system for the ordinary log in planted forests. 3. It is proposed that the relationship between labour productivity and the conditional factors of operation in these logging systems should be analyzed by applying factor analysis using the quantification method. The technical structure estimating labour productivity should be established by using the predictable model corresponding to the various conditions of operation. Then the predictable models of labour productivity were designed. 4. In order to make the working system most suitable to the logging operation, it appears best to make a plan which combines the most suitable category of each factor in the predictable models of labour productivity according to the actual conditions of the planned area. | |||||||||
