| 内容記述 | The Tri-University International Joint Seminar & Symposium was set up in 1994 based on the agreement among Mie University, Chiang Mai University, Thailand and Jiangsu University, China. The three universities take turns to host the annual event in which participating students present articles under the themes Population, Food, Energy and Environment. They also participate in various international exchange activities. In this article, the history of the event is reviewed in three periods: a. Early Creation Period, b. Expansion Period and c. Transition Period toward the 2nd Stage. Further, the issues and problems in the third period are discussed in order to make the 2nd Stage come true. | |||||||
