| 内容記述 | 対象者は、介入プログラムに応じた運動を継続し、参加者の半数以上が自宅における自主運動も継続できた。また、対象者の殆どが後期高齢者であったが、運動機能・精神機能が維持された。一方で、同時に自主運動グループが継続的に地域高齢者の自主運動をサポートできるよう、地域行政が相談窓口になること、定期的に活動の評価を行うこと、定期的に自主運動グループメンバーへの運動指導を行うことをシステム化した。 | |||||||||

Almost of participants were old-old, but motor function and mental function were maintained.
