| 内容記述 | グループホームにおける高齢者終末期ケア実践について、終末期ケアの促進・阻害要因を明らかにすることを目的とした。特にこれまで重要な課題であると報告がなされてきた多職種連携に着目し検討を進めた。調査の結果、グループホームの終末期ケアの実践を促進する為には、事業所のケア提供方針の明確化、往診可能な医師との連携の強化、介護職と看護職の協働に向けた相互理解の促進が必要であると考えられた。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | A goal was set to clarify the accelerating and inhibiting factors for end-of-life care in the practice of end-of-life care for the elderly in group homes. A study was conducted with a particular focus on cross-disciplinary collaboration that had been reported as a critical issue. As a result of a survey, the following items were considered critical in promoting the practice of end-of-life care in group homes: 1. Clarify a care provider's guidelines for providing care. 2. Strengthen the collaboration between care professionals and doctors who can make house calls. 3. Enhance the mutual understanding of care professionals and nursing professionals for their collaboration. | |||||||||
