内容記述 | 安静時と負荷時の2回の撮影により冠動脈と心筋血流を評価する320列CT用検査プロトコールを開発しfractional flow reserveやMRIとの比較を行ったが、十分な診断能はえられなかった。そこでプラットホームを時間分解能の高い2管球CTにかえ、ダイナミック血流CT、冠動脈CT、遅延造影CTを含む検査プロトコールを開発した。新しい検査プロトコールはCTによる冠動脈と心筋血流の同時評価、冠動脈造影+負荷心筋血流MRIとの比較において正診率92%と良好な成績を示し、臨床利用が大いに期待できる結果が得られた。 | |||||
