| 内容記述 | 好酸球性副鼻腔炎は粘ちょうな分泌物、長期間の鼻閉、嗅覚障害などを呈する難治性副鼻腔炎である。今回の研究で、我々は好酸球性副鼻腔炎におけるムチン産生にかかわっている成長因子を検討した。 TGFαでの免疫染色では正常人、慢性副鼻腔炎の患者に比して好酸球性副鼻腔炎患者の粘膜下組織に著明に染色された。TGF-αは TNF-αと相乗的に働いて、MUC5AC 遺伝子発言を更新させた。またそれは ERKシグナルを介して行われていた。我々の結果はTGF-αは好酸球性副鼻腔炎患者の上気道に高発現しており、ムチン過分泌に深くかかわっていることを示した。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis (ECRS) is considered a refractory and intractable disease with thick mucus production, long-term nasal congestion, loss of sense of smell. In this study, we investigated which growth factor is deeply involved in the mucin overproduction in ECRS.TGF-alpha immunoreactivity was found markedly increased in the submucosal tissue in the ECRS patient compared with that of a normal patient and with noneosinophilic CRS. TGF-alpha synergized with TNF-alpha to upregulate MUC5AC expression in human epithelial cells through the ERK signaling pathway. Our results demonstrated that TGF-alpha was highly expressed in the upper airway tract in ECRS patients and is deeply involved in mucus hypersecretion. | |||||||||
