内容記述 高温性堆肥化過程において堆肥上層部で90℃以上に達した。培養法による生菌数は、顕微鏡法による生菌数の1/100~1/1000であり、難培養性細菌の重要性を示した。堆肥化開始後14日目の優占菌はBacillus属細菌であり36%を占めたが、81日目にはMelghirimyces thermohalophilusが63%を占め、菌叢は大きく変化した。堆肥中のDNAから直接好熱性酵素遺伝子が単離されたこと、好熱性細胞壁分解酵素生産菌が分離されたことから、高温性堆肥が遺伝子資源として有用であることが示された。
