| 内容記述 | 本研究の主な成果として，オープンアクセス運動は，1）学術雑誌の価格高騰，2）学術情報の電子化，3）研究者のイニシアティブという3つの異なる文脈が同時代的に組み合わさった結果生じたものだったが，約20年を経て，研究者や図書館から政府や出版社にその主導権が移りつつあり，機関リポジトリの役割は相対的に小さくなりつつあること，当初掲げられていた商業出版社への対抗戦略としての意味合いは弱まっていることなどがわかった | |||||||||
