| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is revealing the characteristics of the care environment evaluation by nurses. It employs the evaluation grid method. The subjects are nurses who work at a recovery Rehabilitation ward. I got interviews with 25 nurses who work at a hospital. I made structural drawings from the interview. They evaluate the care environment. It was characteristic that the nurses assumed patients who used walkers or wheelchairs. Some items such as the height of the goods and the size of the building were hard to evaluate, but as for place where they can see in daily work and where they can recognize the height of the reference, more concrete evaluation items was gotten. When the nurses evaluated, they considered patient’s cognitive and body functions. Then, they thought care environment the place to rehabilitate. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，回復期リハビリテーション病棟に従事する看護師を対象とし，看護師による患者の療養環境評価の専門的視点の特徴を明らかにすることである．A 病院の看護師25 名を対象とし，評価グリッド法を用いて，インタビュー内容から療養環境に関する評価構造図を作成した． その結果，評価の特徴として，車椅子や歩行器を使用する患者を想定した環境評価がなされていた．物品の高さや建物の広さなど，写真では評価しがたいものもあったが，日頃の業務で目する場所や，基準となる高さを認識できる場所に関しては，より具体的な評価項目が得られた．また，認知機能や身体機能の状態を考慮し，安全対策・危険予防を評価しており，患者の療養環境をリハビリテーションの場としてとらえていた． |
