| 内容記述 | cAMPやcGMPの分解酵素であるPhosphodiesterase (PDE)はPDE1~11のファミリーにより構成されている。これまでにわれわれは口腔由来悪性黒色腫細胞でPDE2が浸潤に関係し、PDE2遺伝子変異が見られることを報告した。そこで，細胞浸潤とこの変異との関係を検討した。PDE2の発現のない口腔悪性黒色腫細胞に変異型を強制発現させると浸潤は促進した。そして、浸潤細胞はヘテロ変異型であった。これらの結果より、PDE2の変異が細胞浸潤に関係する可能性を認めた。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Phosphodiesterase (PDE) is a degrading enzyme of intracellular transmitter(cAMP and/or cGMP) and 11 types (PDE 1 - PDE 11) are present. We have reported that PDE 2 isinvolved in the invasion of malignant tumor cells, and the mutation of a specific site of PDE2 gene.Therefore, we investigated the relationship between cell invasion and this mutation. Invasion was promoted by overexpression of mutant in oral malignant melanoma cells without expression of PDE2. And, invasion cells were heterozygous. From this results, we confirmed that the mutation of PDE 2 may be related to cell invasion. | |||||||||||||||||
