一般住民の運動器検診を用いて、各種荷重関節の運動器疾患や疼痛が、どの程度ロコモティブシンドローム（ロコモ）・要介護状態に影響しているかを評価した。運動器疾患では変形性膝関節症のみが有意にロコモと関連していた。運動器疼痛では腰痛、股関節痛、膝関節痛でロコモと有意な関連性を認めた。また、各種関節痛の数もロコモと有意な関連を認め、疼痛関節が1か所増えると2.97倍リスクが増大するという結果であった。縦断でみた後の要介護認定への影響は骨粗鬆症が有意に関連していた。以上から運動器疼痛をコントロールすることで、ロコモ予防につながる可能性、骨粗鬆症への早期介入にて後の要介護予防につながる可能性が示唆された。 |

We evaluated the associations between load-bearing joint diseases and locomotive syndrome (LS), and load-bearing joint pains and LS in our cohort study. Only knee osteoarthritis was significantly related to LS among load-bearing joint diseases. On the other hand, low back pain, hip pain, and knee pain were related to LS among load-bearing joint pain. Moreover, the number of load-bearing joint pain affected LS. If one more joint pain increased, the risk of LS increased 2.97-fold. Osteoporosis was related to long term care certification (LTCC) in this longitudinal study. In conclusion, to control load-bearing joint pains can reduce the risk of LS, and earlier treatment invention for osteoporosis can reduce LTCC in the future. |
