| 内容記述 | 難治性白血病治療の最後の砦である造血細胞移植において、移植片対宿主病（Graft-Versus Host disease; GVHD）は移植後免疫作用による重篤な合併症です。今回、ドナーマウス由来の細胞から誘導し作成した抑制性マクロファージを、患者に見立てたGVHDを発症するレシピエントマウスに投与することによって、GVHDの重症化を軽減することに成功しました。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Graft-Versus Host disease (GVHD) is a serious complication of post-transplant immune effects in hematopoietic cell transplantation, the last resort in the treatment of refractory leukemia. In this study, we succeeded in reducing the severity of GVHD by inducing suppressive macrophages from cells derived from donor mice and injecting them into recipient mice that develop GVHD as if they were patients. | |||||||||
