| 内容記述 | 本研究は，看護技術と根拠を並行して学ぶ教授方法導入後の自己学習状況を明らにすることである． 研究方法は，看護学科2年生79名を対象に新たに導入した「プレテスト」，「チェックリスト」と講義時間外に学生が自主的に行った「実技練習」の3分類13項目から，看護技術に対する自己学習に関して尋ねた質問紙調査を実施した． その結果，プレテストの準備として99％の学生が講義開始前に予習を行い，それに要した時間を1回平均1～2時間と回答した学生が60％で最も多かった．また，『事前に予習をしたことで，講義や演習の理解度が上がったか』に関しては，「はい」と回答した学生は71％，「いいえ」と回答したものは0％，「どちらともいえない」と回答した学生が29％であり， また，1回の演習のチェックリスト作成に要した平均時間を30分以内と回答した学生が30％，1～2時間と回答した学生が61％で最も多かった．また，チェックリストを作成する際に「指定された教科書以外の文献を活用した」と回答した学生は42％であった． 実技試験項目の実技練習に関して99％の学生が実施したと回答しているものの，多くの学生の練習回数は1～3回であり，反復練習を実施出来ているとは言い難い．さらに，実技試験項目以外に関しては，約半数の学生は演習時間内の実施に限定され，自主的に練習をしていないと答えている． これらを踏まえた上で，教員間でのプレテストの出題内容の検討や，看護技術の卒業時到達レベルの意識化とそれに伴う反復練習実施に向けた環境面の整備の必要性が示唆された． |

| 内容記述 | A purpose of this study is to clarify self-learning after having introduced a lecture method to learn a nursing technique and grounds in parallel. I questionnaired 79 second nurse students, and 3 classification 13 items of the inventory survey is pretest, check list, practical skill exercise about the self-learning for the nursing technique. As a result, 99% of students prepared for lesson as preparations for pretest, and 60% of students prepared for lesson once soon at an average of 1-2 time. For a question whether the preparations for lessons gave an understanding degree of a lecture and the practice, it was the following answers. Yes：71%, No：0%, neither yes nor no：29% As for less than 30 minutes and the student who replied it, there were 30%, 1-2 hours and students who did it in the most 61% between the time when I used it for check list making of one practice. As for 40%, students who utilized the book except an appointed textbook by the check list. About the exercise of the practical examination item, 97% students carried it out, but the exercise number of times of many students is 1-3 times, they didnt carry out the repeated practice. In conclusion, it is necessary to examine of questions contents of the pretest between teachers and maintenance of the environmental aspect for repeated practice enforcement and the consciousness of the graduation level of the nursing technique. |
