1) ブリ稚魚, クロダイ, ニホンウナギ, ニジマスのイクチオフォヌス症を病理組織学的に比較検討した。 2) 4魚種ともイクチオフォヌスは全身感染しており, 感染病巣には繁殖性炎と肉芽腫性炎が起こっていた。 3) 感染病巣に現れた肉芽腫の形はそれぞれの魚種に特徴的であった。 |

The authors comparatively studied on ichthyophonusosis of the Japanese eel <special>(Anguilla japonia)</special>, yellowtail <special>(Seriola quinqueradiata)</special>, black sea bream <special>(Acanthpogrus sohlegelii)</special> and rainbow truot <special>(Saimo gairdneri)</special>. Diseased eel were caught in Taiwan, Other fish were collected in Japan. Histologically, ichthyophonus affecting each fish, had the same morphology : multinucleate spherical body, pregermination, germination, hyphal body and endospore formation. It systemically spread in each affected fish. Inflammatory reactions in infected lesions were chracterized by the formation of granulomas walling off of the pathogen. The shapes of granulomas were characteristic in each fish. |
