| 内容記述 | In this study, we analyzed the production and market structure of pork, broilers and eggs, by econometorical methods and research investigation. Major findings are as follows: 1. Decreasing the amount of labor per hour per product is restricted by the effect of labor-saving technology and economies of scale. 2.Demand of employed labor is mainly generated by expansion of production. 3. Limitational production function is representative of the technology of these industries. 4. Choice of facilities, structure of labor and marketing strategy are restricted by their effect on productivity. 5. Production scale affects the selection of the buyer of farm products. 6. Mode of transaction between farmers and wholesalers affects price setting of farm products. | |||||||||
