| 内容記述 | University education is not a part of compulsory education in any country. It is for those with capability and volition in any country. Thus, an extreme egalitarianism will only give those who lack proper capability an agony and those who are blessed with capacity and willpower dissatisfaction and frustration. Internationalization of university education has been propagated for some time. Nonetheless, educating global personnel at a university must start with a group of students of an appropriate size for the university. In addition, it must apply efficient management of educational resources over the fences among faculties and center s on campus. This article, firstly, examines the significance of Tri-University Joint Seminar & symposium, International Education Course in English, TOEIC-based English education and the series of faculty development programs titled “Offering Classes in English.” Secondly, it searches directions for Mie University to develop into the one which can produce global personnel. | |||||||||
