| 内容記述 | 本研究は，児童精神科に入院する思春期年代の子どもの攻撃性の特徴を小中学校に在籍する同年代の子どもと比較から明らかにすることを目的に実施した．調査には，自記式の反応的－能動的攻撃性尺度と規則に関する意識調査を用いた．小中学校に在籍する子どもに比べ入院児童は，攻撃性尺度の「攻撃有能感」が有意に高く示され，攻撃行動後の相手の反応から強い自分を確認し，自分自身を安定させる傾向があることがわかった．衝動性や不注意などの問題を持つ入院児童は，否定的なメッセージを投げかけられることが多く，自己肯定感が低下している．対応するスタッフは，規則で枠に縛るのではなく，これらの子どもが“力”に頼らなくても自尊心を保てるよう，子ども個人を認め，尊重する関わりが求められる． | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to explore characteristics of aggressive behavior in teenagers hospitalized in the child and adolescent psychiatric unit (hereafter, hospitalized teenagers) of the institution. The behavior of these teenagers was compared with that of students in public elementary and junior high schools using the Attitude Towards Rule Scale and Self-Report Type Reactive-Proactive Aggression Scale. Compared to students in public schools, hospitalized teenagers had higher aggression and were stable only when they felt that they had power over others. Impulsive hospitalized teenagers and children often received negative messages from parents and surrounding adults, leading to a decline in their self-esteem. In order to help these teenagers and children maintain self-esteem without exerting power over others, staff in the psychiatric unit should accept them as they are and respect them as individuals. | |||||||||||||
