| 内容記述 | Effects of fusicoccin (FC) applied to fruit on physiological fruit drop of satsuma mandarin as a function of change in endogenous ABA-like substance and ethylene content were investigated. Cumulative fruit drops in FC-treated (10 ppm) fruit were 4% in contrast to 12% in the control at 5 days after treatment. Meanwhile, ABA (1,000 ppm) considerably accelerated fruit drop. The percent of fruit drops was reduced by two thirds by FC 7 hours after ABA treatment. FC would thus appear to function as antagonist of ABA. FC clearly reduced ABA-like substance content but increased the amount of ethylene. FC may thus depress fruit drop by inhibiting ABA biosynthesis but not ethylene biosynthesis and/or its evolution. | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 温州ミカンの生理落果に及ぼすフシコクシン（FC）の 影響を調査し，果実の内生ABA様物質とエチレンの変 化から，FCによる落果抑制の生理機作を考察した。 6月上旬にFC処理（10ppm）した果実の5日後にお ける累積落果率は対照区の1/3となり，FCによる生理 落果抑制効果が認められた。一方，ABA（1,000ppm） は著しい生理落果を引き起こしたが，ABA処理後にFC を処理することで落果は抑制され，FCとABAの拮抗 作用が確認された。 FC処理果の内生ABA様物質含量は著しく減少した がエチレン放出量は減少せず，FCはABAの生合成阻 害によって落果を抑制しているものと考えられる。 |
